Highlights of 2025

Here’s a few highlights for 2025. These are just some of the 3D scans we did this year. From car parts to antiques, and furniture to baked goods, the 3D scans we did this year pushed the boundaries for detail, complexity, and size. Thin material scans are also a challenge we pursued this year. It’s been a lot of fun 3D scanning so many new things.

All of the scanning was done on an Apple iPhone with the Monocle Prime App. No third party or expensive proprietary gear needed. It’s simple and easy to use and gives you an extremely detailed and scale accurate 3D model. Spin it around in the viewer, or place it in real space with Augmented Reality. 3D models can be shared with others, posted on websites, and integrated into your presentations.

We live in a 3D world, so capture it and show it off in the same way. Every week we’ve posted a different short video to our social medias showcasing 3D scans that we’ve done from so many things in our lives and out in our communities.

The team at Monocle 3D has been working hard at developing and improving the Monocle Prime App making it easy to use for beginners and experts, and giving you more built-in tools for editing, all while keeping it intuitive and straight forward for mobile devices. There’s a lot more to come in 2026, so stay tuned.
