A medical education iOS app developed with the Fujibuchi Laboratory of the Medical Research Institute, Kyushu University, is now available.

The app enables augmented reality (AR) visualisation of the distribution of scattered radiation during medical X-ray examinations based on simulation.

By visualising the distribution of invisible radiation, it is expected to reduce incidental exposure, by raising the awareness of doctors and other medical staff involved in radiological care.
